Service Description

Periodically, old floor finish needs to be removed and reapplied. This needs to happen for a few reasons: the finish can yellow as it ages and is exposed to foot traffic, grime, and UV radiation. Foot traffic can also wear away the finish leaving the bare tile exposed to dirt and grime. A strip out is a heavily involved process that can take many hours of work, and is typically spread out over 2 separate nights to give the fresh wax time to cure before adding the final coats. Strip outs are typically done on an annual basis. Please schedule a consultation to discuss your strip out needs, price is based on square footage.
